The Priory of Saint Jean of Bébian
The priory of Saint Jean de Bébian is a unique area of its kind. Located halfway between the city of Pezenas and the small village of Nizas, it is a haven of peace in the middle of vineyards located 3 km from Pezenas.
The estate is 1 hectare surrounded by basalt walls and consists of a gourmet Michelin star restaurant, a small hotel with 8 beautifully decorated rooms by the architect Raymond Morel and a swimming pool.

The chapel built by the Cistercian monks in 1152 testifies to a rich past and particularly well preserved. A small olivette centenaire flaunts the estate as well as majestic cedars. You can enjoy the magnificent terrace of the restaurant giving a view of the park and the capelle and presbytery where the winegrowers monks lived.
Located less than 6 km from the A75 motorway the area is very easily accessible and particularly well placed between Sète, Agde and Béziers.
